Dr. Jack earned a bachelor of Pre-Dentistry and Political Science from DePauw University in 1992 and a DDS degree from the University of Illinois in 1996. He opened his first practice in 1999, Lincoln Park Smiles. Now as LPS Dental, that practice has three offices across Chicago.

Whether offering a consultation, a comprehensive oral exam, or a cosmetic procedure, Dr. Jack approaches dentistry as an interdisciplinary endeavor. By merging dental science’s precision with a clinical judgment honed over decades, he aims to help people enjoy the benefits of a healthy smile, both physically and emotionally. “Care should extend beyond the chair,” he says.

Dr. Jack is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), American Dental Association, and Illinois State Dental Society Chicago Dental Society. He completes 100 hours of continuing education courses and conferences.

A native of Orland Park, Illinois, he enjoys painting and skiing in his free time. He and his wife Lana enjoy exploring the city’s vibrant restaurant scene and art museums and spending time with their Labradoodle Lana.

Dr. Andreina Dulanto is a prosthodontist originally trained in Caracas-Venezuela. She completed advanced education in General Dentistry program at the Santa Maria University in Caracas Venezuela. Dr. Dulanto moved to Gainesville, Florida to complete an internship in prosthodontics and her Master’s Degree in Prosthodontics at UFCD. She served as the surgical chief resident in his third year, teaching and lecturing dental students in implant dentistry and prosthodontics.

Dr. Dulanto is a dentist with more than 15 years of experience in the dental field as a clinician and a specialist in prosthodontist, digital dentistry, implantology, and aesthetic dentistry. She loves to do laboratory procedures for her patient’s restorations, and make sure that they meet the ideal design and principles. She is very meticulous in treating her patients, devotes sufficient time, and finds that the most rewarding moment is when her patients have a new smile and ideal function.

Her mission is to improve her patient’s oral health exceeding their expectations with high quality and excellent care. Dr. Dulanto is a member of the:

Dr. Dulanto is working towards becoming a board-certified prosthodontist with case preparation for the American Board of Prosthodontics. Her research interests include dental implants, and she will submit her research for publication in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry. Her hobbies include baking, spending time with her family, and traveling.

A Hinsdale native, Dr. Shah brings nearly two decades of dental training and experience to LPS.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Economics at Loyola University in Rogers Park, she received a Dental Medicine Degree from Boston University in 2008, after which she completed an Advanced Education of General Dentistry residency at Boston University.  After working at multiple private practices in Boston, Dr. Shaw returned to Chicago in 2013, joining LPS Dental in 2018.

In the always-advancing of dentistry, Dr. Shah believes in the power of continuing education to bring her patients the best in dental science. She’s passionate about keeping up with new procedures to ensure her patients receive state-of-the-art care.

But Dr. Shah knows dentistry is as personal as an individual’s smile. She prides herself on providing open communication, compassion, and the highest standard of care to all she treats.

She is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Illinois Dental Society. Dr. Shah enjoys traveling, photography, reading, and spending time outside with her family and friends.

Dr. Omar El Ebrashy was born in Egypt and received his first dental degree in Cairo in 2013. After moving to Boston, he earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine with High Honors from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2020, where he also received that year’s Academy of General Dentistry award.

With more than a decade of clinical practice, Dr. Ebrashy takes pride in being a dentist who can establish long-term relationships with his patients built on trust and compassion.

Dr. Ebrashy has a passion for restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He enjoys helping patients restore their function and achieve their ideal smiles. Committed to continuing his education and advancing his skills, Dr. Ebrashy attends conferences and courses to learn all the new techniques in dentistry while also being up to date with the latest dental technologies.

Dr. Ebrashy enjoys spending time with his wife and young son in his free time. He also enjoys going out with friends, exploring restaurants, playing soccer, and working on his golf swing. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.

Dr. Baima is a veteran dental practitioner. He graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee in 1975 and received a degree in Periodontics from the Specialty Residency of Periodontology Program at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. Additionally, Dr. Baima completed advanced training in Prosthodontics, Dental Implantology and Maxillofacial Prosthetics/Head and Neck Cancer Treatment at the UCLA Medical Center and Veterans Administration Medical Center in West Los Angeles.

A distinguished contributor to dental academia, Dr. Baima is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the American Board of Prosthodontics. He has given more than 200 educational lectures at dental conventions and seminars. He has also published peer-reviewed articles in the Journal of Prosthodontics Dentistry, Journal of Prosthodontics, Michigan Dental Association Journal and Implant Dentistry.  He has written several chapters in the textbook Contemporary Fixed Prosthodontics published by C.V. Mosby Company. He served as the Director of Implant Dentistry for the General Practice Dental Residency Program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.

As an educator, Dr. Baima has held academic appointments at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University; Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI; UCLA School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, CA; University Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey; New Jersey Dental School; Loyola University School of Dentistry in Maywood, IL; Veterans Administration Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA; and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in Detroit, MI. Dr. Baima is an active member of several national and international organizations, including the AAP, MSP, ACP ICP, AAMP and ISMR.
